Intentional Evangelism Team
This team provides an assortment of evangelism tools and trainings for the churches. The E-Team also coordinates evangelistic events and emphases among the churches.

Intentional Congregational Strengthening Team
This team works to strengthen existing congregations. All program ministries are included in the CS-Team. The CS-Team discovers needs in the churches and helps resource those needs to make them strengths. Youth, Music, VBS and other ministries are led through this team.

Intentional Church Planting Team
The CP-Team leads in planting needed new congregations and missions emphases. This team is planning the inclusion of  a Chinese congregation, two new Anglo congregations, and 43 multi-family congregations (22 of which are now in process).

Intentional Leader Development Team
The LD-Team provides training and fellowship opportunities for Senior Pastors and other staff. Professional training through CCN in conjunction with the CS-Team is a vital part of this ministry. Retreats, banquets, monthly luncheons, and information on the latest books and trainings are a part of this ministry.

Casa De Amor
Casa De Amor is an inner city food, clothing, and training ministry. The quality of ministry and service to the community has been written in the city newspaper and recognized as a recipient of the Spirit of Mesa award for community service for 2003.

Those wishing to volunteer (long or short term), make donations, or seek assistance may contact our Director (contact information below). Hours of operation are Monday-Wednesday, 9:00 AM to Noon. Senior adult activities are also held on Wednesday mornings followed by a meal at noon.
